Who wears the best suit on screen? I have got to say it is Matt Bomer from White Collar, whether it is a two or three-piece, pin-stripe or not, he pulls it off everytime. How can you pull it off as well as him? Just remember these rules 1) Tailor to fit  2) Match it with colorful shirts (and matching socks)   3) Skinny tie with distinguished tie-clip 4) Matching pocket square   5) A hat is not neccessary unless you are as confident as Neal.
